There are 5 categories, which correspond to the number of trips taken by each client with MotoNomads (this calculation includes all trips already made, since we were the Tours area of Moto Atacama).

Frequently Asked Questions
How does the program work?
The program recognizes clients according to the number of trips taken with MotoNomads. As new trips are completed, the client advances in level and gains access to new benefits and rewards.
Do I need to register to participate in the Loyalty Program?
No separate registration is required. The client's level is defined based on their history of trips taken with MotoNomads, and the corresponding benefits are released according to the number of completed trips.
What are the Loyalty Program levels?
There are five levels:
- Nomad, from 2 trips;
- Top Nomad, with 3 trips;
- Super Nomad, from 4 to 6 trips;
- Premium Nomad, from 7 to 9 trips; and
- Nomad Ambassador, from 10 trips.
At which level do I get a discount on trips?
Starting from the Top Nomad level, reached on the 3rd trip, the client receives a 5% discount. At Premium Nomad, the discount increases to 7%, and at Nomad Ambassador, it reaches 10%.
Can the discount be used on any MotoNomads trip?
Yes. The benefits presented in the Top Nomad, Super Nomad, Premium Nomad, and Nomad Ambassador levels indicate a discount applicable to any trip. The percentage varies according to the level achieved.
What are eligible rewards?
These are additional benefits available starting from the Super Nomad level. Upon reaching the corresponding level, the client can choose one of the available options to use on a future trip with MotoNomads.
Which rewards can I choose?
Options vary by level and may include a helmet bag, trip photo book, welcome dinner, framed photo with a special tour shot, spa experiences, airport-hotel transfers, extra massage, and even an additional hotel night.
The more I travel, the greater the benefits?
Yes. The program is structured progressively: the higher the number of trips taken, the higher the level and the more benefits are made available, including larger discounts and new reward options.
