PRIVATE GROUPS:

The trip is subject to specific terms and conditions, and prices are calculated based on a minimum of 8 motorcycles/registrations. A reduction in the number of participants will result in an adjustment to the package price for the remaining registrants in order to maintain the economic and financial balance of the contract.

In the event of a participant’s cancellation, MotoNomads may take one or more of the following measures:
1. – Imposition of a penalty fee, with amounts to be determined based on factors analyzed on a case-by-case basis;
2. – Adjustment of the package price for the remaining participants to reflect the financial impact resulting from the cancellation;
3. – Obligation of the group to arrange for the replacement of the withdrawing participant with another, who must meet the requirements and conditions established by the CONTRACTOR.

Promotions, discounts from the MotoNomads loyalty program, or any other commercial benefits do not apply to this group, as the prices have already been negotiated on a special basis.

Important Information:

The package with “shared room” accommodation is subject to there being at least one other participant in the same group to share the room. If there is no other participant to share the room, the package will be changed to a “single room,” with the price adjusted accordingly.
